24 businesses from across the county made  the shortlist for the 2009 Powys Business Awards, Montgomeryshire Family  Crisis Centre were one of the three organisations short listed in the  Social Enterprise/Charity Award sponsored by Mid Wales Housing  Association.

		<title>Cherubs Grand Opening!</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Cherubs Day Nursery’s Grand  Opening was held on 23rd February and was a huge success.
Cherubs is the first stage of Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre’s  Children &#38; Youth Project based at Units 58-62 Mochdre Industrial  Estate.
The cutting of the ribbon was performed by Eleri Thomas; Chief  Executive Officer for The Children’s Commissioner of Wales, who gave  wonderful supporting comments.
Keith Towler, Children’s Commissioner for Wales commented:
